Mexican Nacho Dip

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb. ground meat (beef or pork)
  2. 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
  3. 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes

Directions

  1. Brown meat and drain.
  2. Stir in cheese. Then add tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips.
