Pocket Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. canola oil
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
- Beat in a bowl until dough leaves sides.
- Turn onto a lightly floured surface; gather into a ball.
- Knead 10 times (I had fun doing this).
- Cover with a bowl; let stand 15 minutes.
