- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. steak sauce
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 small box elbow macaroni
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 c. cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
- Cook macaroni according to directions on label.
- Saute ground beef until well done.
- Add tomatoes, green peppers, steak sauce and ketchup.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Pour into baking dish.
- Add cooked macaroni and mushroom soup.
- Top with grated cheese.
