Mixed Vegetable Bake

Ingredients

  1. 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia Brand cream cheese, cubed
  2. 1/2 c. milk
  3. 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
  4. 1/4 tsp. salt
  5. dash of pepper
  6. 1 c. hot mashed potatoes
  7. 1 small tomato, sliced

Directions

  1. Heat cream cheese and milk over low heat; stir until smooth. Add mixed vegetables and seasonings; mix well.
  2. Pour into 1-quart casserole.
  3. Cover with potatoes and top with tomato slices.
  4. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
