- 1 can corn
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and browned
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 pt. milk
- 1 c. diced potatoes
- salt and pepper
- Cook bacon.
- Remove bacon from heat and add chopped onion. Brown and add cooked cubed potatoes.
- Add milk and corn; season. Return to heat and cook until hot all the way through.
