Hungarian-Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
- 4 large peppers
- 1 large can V-8
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. rice
- 1 egg
- salt to taste
Directions
- Prepare peppers (remove white sections).
- Mix ground beef, rice, egg and seasoning.
- Fill peppers; place in deep cooking vessel.
- Cover with V-8.
- Cook for 1 hour at 350°.
