Lemon Pudding Pound Cake
- 5 eggs
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 small pkg. instant lemon pudding
- 1/2 c. oil
- Beat eggs.
- Add cake mix, pudding, water and oil.
- Beat at medium speed for 10 minutes.
- Pour into an ungreased 10-inch tube pan with removable bottom.
- Bake at 350° about 50 minutes.
- Cool slightly and remove from pan.
