Egg Cheese Souffle

Ingredients

  1. 4 eggs
  2. 2 c. milk
  3. 1/2 tsp. mustard
  4. 1/2 tsp. salt
  5. 1/8 tsp. onion powder
  6. dash of pepper
  7. 2 c. croutons (cheese)
  8. 1 c. grated Velveeta

Directions

  1. In greased baking dish, place croutons and Velveeta.
  2. Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt, onion powder and pepper.
  3. Pour on top of cheese.
  4. Place crumbled bacon on top.
  5. Bake at 325° for 50 minutes.
