Apricot Streusel Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup flour
  2. 1 cup oatmeal
  3. 1-1/2 cups sugar, divided
  4. 1 cup butter or margarine, melted
  5. 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
  6. 3 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese , softened
  7. 1 tsp. vanilla
  8. 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  9. 3 eggs
  10. 1 jar (12 oz.) apricot preserves

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan.
  3. Mix flour, oatmeal, 1/2 cup sugar, butter and nuts; press half the mixture onto bottom of prepared pan.
  4. Bake 10 min.
  5. Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
  6. Add sour cream; mix well.
  7. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
  8. Pour over crust.
  9. Spoon preserves over batter, sprinkle remaining flour mixture over preserves.
  10. Bake 45 min.
  11. or until center is almost set.
  12. Cool completely.
  13. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  14. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve.
