Apple Cranberry Chutney Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. peeled, minced Rome apples (about 2 medium)
- 1 c. cranberries
- 1/4 c. golden brown raisins
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp grnd cloves
- 1/4 tsp grnd nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a non-aluminum saucepan.
- Place over high heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 15 min or possibly till apples are tender.
- Cold.
- Put in food processor and pulse once or possibly twice till combined and of the desired consistency.
- Serve chilled.
- Makes 2 servings.
