Ingredients

  1. 1 scoop low-fat orange sherbet
  2. 12 cup cantaloupe
  3. 12 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
  4. 12 cup low-fat milk
  5. 12 cup orange juice
  6. 1 tablespoon vanilla whey protein powder
  7. 3 ice cubes

Directions

  1. add all ingrediants to blender and blend until smooth.
