A.1. Classic Steak Kabobs

Ingredients

  1. 1 boneless beef sirloin steak (2 lb.), 1 inch thick, cut into 1-1/4-inch pieces
  2. 2 green peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
  3. 16 fresh mushrooms (1/2 lb.)
  4. 1 small sweet onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
  5. 1 pkg. (1.25 oz.) A.1. Original Marinade Mix
  6. 1/4 cup HEINZ Distilled White Vinegar
  7. 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  8. 2 Tbsp. water

Directions

  1. Place meat and vegetables in large bowl.
  2. Whisk remaining ingredients until blended.
  3. Add to meat and vegetables; toss to evenly coat.
  4. Refrigerate 30 min.
  5. to marinate.
  6. Heat grill to medium heat.
  7. Remove meat and vegetables from marinade; discard marinade.
  8. Thread meat and vegetables alternately onto 8 skewers.
  9. Grill 10 min.
  10. or until meat is done (160 degrees F), turning kabobs occasionally.
