Ingredients

  1. 1 ounce cream cheese
  2. 14 cup cottage cheese
  3. 14 cup ricotta cheese
  4. 14 cup blueberries
  5. 14 cup raspberries
  6. 14 cup blackberry
  7. 12 cup milk
  8. Splenda sugar substitute, to taste

Directions

  1. Blend together in ingredients.
  2. Drink or serve over cereal.
