Almond Encrusted Salmon
- 125 g salmon fillets
- 13 cup almonds, chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 12 tablespoon lemon juice
- 14 cup all-purpose flour
- Put cover the salmon with flour.
- Cover the Salmon with almonds, lemon juice, and parsley mix.
- Sprinkle on some salt and pepper.
- Put on a sprayed pan for about 7 min per side until middle of salmon is opaque.
