All-American Rub

Ingredients

  1. 12 cup packed brown sugar
  2. 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
  3. 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  4. 1 tablespoon ground mustard
  5. 12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  6. 18 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
  2. Rub over steaks, pork or chicken; refrigerate up to 4 hours before grilling or broiling.
