Artichoke Parmesan Dip

Ingredients

  1. 1 can artichokes in water, drained
  2. 1 cup mayonnaise
  3. 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Chop the artichokes.
  2. Mix artichokes, mayonnaise and parmesan cheese together.
  3. Bake in a pie pan at 375F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Serve with toasted bread, crackers or chips.
