Ashlee's Delicious Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup pure coconut water
  2. 2 ribs (or sticks) of celery, chopped
  3. 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  4. 1/2 cup loosely packed spinach
  5. 1 frozen banana
  6. 1 cup ice cubes

Directions

  1. Put all of the ingredients into the blender.
  2. Blend for about 50-55 seconds.
  3. If using the Nutri Ninja Blender, you can push Auto IQ Blend, but you'll need a few more seconds.
  4. Pour into glass and enjoy!
