Ashlee's Delicious Green Smoothie
- 1/2 cup pure coconut water
- 2 ribs (or sticks) of celery, chopped
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup loosely packed spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Put all of the ingredients into the blender.
- Blend for about 50-55 seconds.
- If using the Nutri Ninja Blender, you can push Auto IQ Blend, but you'll need a few more seconds.
- Pour into glass and enjoy!
