24-Carat Party Punch



  1. 2 sheets edible gold leaf foil
  2. 300 ml stone's green ginger wine
  3. 200 ml Frangelico
  4. 2 tablespoons brandy
  5. lemon slice, and
  6. ice cube, to serve
  7. 750 ml sparkling water


  1. Place small pieces of gold leaf in ice cube trays, fill with water and freeze.
  2. Stir alcohols together in a large jug.
  3. Add lemon and regular ice, then top up with mineral water.
  4. Serve in glasses with a golden ice cube.
