Appalachia Mountain Fudge Recipe



  1. 4 1/2 c. Sugar Salt
  2. 1/4 lb Butter
  3. 1 can Lg evaporated lowfat milk
  4. 12 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  5. 5 x Hersery bars
  6. 1 pt Marshmallow cream


  1. In large bowl put in the chocolate bars (broken bits) and the marshmellow cream.
  2. Grease a 9X13 inch cake pan with butter or possibly margarine.
  3. In a fairly deep pot put in the sugar , salt, lowfat milk, and butter.
  4. Mix well put on medium heat stirring constantly till it comes to a full boil.
  5. Let boil for 13 min (exactly) remove from stove pour over chocolate bits, lowfat milk chocolate and marshmellow cream.
  6. Beat until smooth Refridgerate for about 2 to 3 hrs Cut into pcs.
  7. keep refridgerated so it will stay moist and creamy can be frzn won't turn white.
  8. this makes a ton of fudge also you can add in walnuts or possibly pecans JUDY-OHIO
