Asian Marmalade Recipe



  1. 2 stalk lemongrass, crushed, and, bruised
  2. 1 sm handful kaffir lime leaf, torn
  3. 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  4. 2 clv garlic, crushed thumb-sized piece of ginger, peeled, and, minced
  5. 1 x fresh red chili, finely, minced
  6. 2 x lime, zested, halved, and, juiced
  7. 10 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil


  1. Scrunch the whole lot together in a bowl and coat over your chosen meat.
  2. Also works brilliantly with fish.
