Artichoke Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  1. 2 (6 1/2 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  2. 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  3. 12 cup sour cream
  4. 12 cup mayonnaise
  5. 34 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
  6. 1 garlic clove, pressed
  7. fresh vegetable dippers (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Combine artichokes, spinach, sour cream and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  3. Add Parmesan cheese and garlic.
  4. Mix well and spoon into small casserole dish.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
