Alabama White Barbecue Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 1 c. mayonnaise
  2. 10 Tbsp. white vinegar
  3. 11/2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish -- optional
  4. 2 tsp grnd white pepper
  5. 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and whisk till smooth.
  2. Serve with barbecued chicken or possibly as a dip for grilled vegetables.
  3. Yield: 12 servings.
