Asian Turkey Towers on Hawaiian Bread

Ingredients

  1. Asian Slaw
  2. 2-1/2 qt. red onions, diced
  3. 1-3/4 cups red wine vinegar
  4. 1-1/4 cups sugar
  5. 2 gal. napa cabbage, shredded
  6. 5 each carrots, peeled, ribbon cut Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
  7. 2-1/2 cups green onions, sliced
  8. 1 cup white sesame seed
  9. 1 Tbsp. black sesame seeds
  10. to taste salt and pepper
  11. Asian-Glazed Turkey
  12. 2 qt. plum sauce
  13. 1-1/4 qt. hoisin sauce
  14. 1-2/3 cups soy sauce
  15. 1-2/3 cups sriracha sauce
  16. 1-2/3 cups sesame oil
  17. 2/3 cup white sesame seed
  18. 3 Tbsp. black sesame seed
  19. 2 gal. cooked turkey, shredded
  20. Sandwich Assembly
  21. 3-1/3 cups KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise
  22. 2/3 cup sriracha sauce
  23. 50 slices round Hawaiian bread loaves (about 9 inch), cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices

Directions

  1. Asian Slaw: Saute onions in combined vinegar and sugar in large skillet about 5 min.
  2. or until tender.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  4. Asian-Glazed Turkey: Beat all ingredients except turkey in large skillet with wire whisk until well blended.
  5. Remove half of the glaze; pour into saucepan.
  6. Cook until heated through.
  7. Meanwhile, add turkey to remaining glaze in skillet; cook 5 to 10 min.
  8. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  9. Mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce.
  10. For each serving: Toast 2 bread slices; spread evenly with 1 Tbsp.
  11. of the mayonnaise mixture.
  12. Top 1 of the toast slices with 1/2 cup of the Asian-Glazed Turkey, 1/2 cup Asian Slaw and remaining toast slice.
  13. Serve with about 3 Tbsp.
  14. of the heated glaze for dipping.
