Asian Turkey Towers on Hawaiian Bread

Ingredients
- Asian Slaw
- 2-1/2 qt. red onions, diced
- 1-3/4 cups red wine vinegar
- 1-1/4 cups sugar
- 2 gal. napa cabbage, shredded
- 5 each carrots, peeled, ribbon cut Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 2-1/2 cups green onions, sliced
- 1 cup white sesame seed
- 1 Tbsp. black sesame seeds
- to taste salt and pepper
- Asian-Glazed Turkey
- 2 qt. plum sauce
- 1-1/4 qt. hoisin sauce
- 1-2/3 cups soy sauce
- 1-2/3 cups sriracha sauce
- 1-2/3 cups sesame oil
- 2/3 cup white sesame seed
- 3 Tbsp. black sesame seed
- 2 gal. cooked turkey, shredded
- Sandwich Assembly
- 3-1/3 cups KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup sriracha sauce
- 50 slices round Hawaiian bread loaves (about 9 inch), cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
Directions
- Asian Slaw: Saute onions in combined vinegar and sugar in large skillet about 5 min.
- or until tender.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Asian-Glazed Turkey: Beat all ingredients except turkey in large skillet with wire whisk until well blended.
- Remove half of the glaze; pour into saucepan.
- Cook until heated through.
- Meanwhile, add turkey to remaining glaze in skillet; cook 5 to 10 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce.
- For each serving: Toast 2 bread slices; spread evenly with 1 Tbsp.
- of the mayonnaise mixture.
- Top 1 of the toast slices with 1/2 cup of the Asian-Glazed Turkey, 1/2 cup Asian Slaw and remaining toast slice.
- Serve with about 3 Tbsp.
- of the heated glaze for dipping.
