Anglicised Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  1. 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts
  2. 12 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
  3. 1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  4. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  5. 18 teaspoon English mustard
  6. 1 garlic clove (crushed)
  7. salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F/180C/gas mark 4.
  2. Blend everything together.
  3. Place the dip into a shallow oven dish and put in the oven for approximately 20 minutes until golden.
