Angel

Ingredients

  1. Ice
  2. 1/4 ounce Chambord
  3. 4 ounces chilled Champagne
  4. 1 ounce Pineau des Charentes (Cognac-fortified grape juice) or Lillet blanc

Directions

  1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
  2. Add the Chambord and Pineau des Charentes and stir well.
  3. Strain into a chilled flute and top the drink with the Champagne.
