Arugula And Parmesan Salad With Aged Port Vinaigrette Recipe



  1. Salt Pepper
  2. 8 ounce Aged Port
  3. 4 ounce Balsamic vinegar
  4. 12 ounce Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
  5. 6 ounce Arugula salad
  6. 1 c. Aged Parmesan cheese, shaved


  1. For the vinaigrette: In a large mixing bowl, add in salt and pepper and aged port.
  2. Stir till salt is dissolved.
  3. Add in balsamic vinegar and whisk in extra virgin extra virgin olive oil.
  4. To serve: To 6 ounces arugula, add in aged port vinaigrette.
  5. Drizzle the amount you would like.
  6. Sprinkle aged Parmesan over salad.
  7. Yield: 2 servings
