Asian Marinade

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  2. 1/2 cup soy sauce
  3. 1/2 cup sesame oil
  4. 1 tbsp ginger; minced
  5. 1 tbsp garlic; minced
  6. 1 tbsp basil paste

Directions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together.
  2. Marinate any meat for up to one hour
  3. Variations; Sherry, mirin, lemon, white vinegar, champagne, tamari, horseradish, parsley, cilantro, mustard, tamarind, sesame seeds
