Angel Hair Pasta And A Custom Variety Of Flavors Recipe



  1. 8 ounce Uncooked Angel Hair pasta
  2. 4 c. any combination of these cooked veggies: Mushrooms Peas Carrots Broccoli florets Cauliflower florets
  3. 2 Tbsp. margarine
  4. 1 tsp fresh chopped garlic
  5. 2 Tbsp. flour
  6. 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  7. 1 c. Dairy Lowfat sour cream
  8. 1 1/2 tsp Instant chicken bouillon granules
  9. 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  10. 1/2 tsp dry basil leaves
  11. 8 ounce any combination of below cooked meats: (8 to 12) Diced or possibly julienned chicken Diced or possibly julienned ham Bay shrimp Diced crab or possibly imitation crab Fresh grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Cook vegetables till tender.
  2. Drain and keep hot.
  3. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  4. Drain and keep hot.
  5. In 2 quart.
  6. Saucepan, heat margarine.
  7. Add in and saute/fry garlic.
  8. Stir in flour over medium heat till smooth and bubbly about 1 minutes.
  9. Stir in lowfat milk with a wire whisk till smooth.
  10. Fold in lowfat sour cream, bouillon granules, dry mustard, and basil.
  11. Cook and stir till sauce is thickened.
  12. Salt to taste.
  13. Dash of white pepper if you like.
  14. Remove from heat.
  15. Add in cooked vegetables and meat.
  16. Mix thoroughly.
  17. Serve over the warm cooked pasta.
  18. Top generously with Parmesan cheese.
  19. Serves 2 generously with left-overs.
