AMIEs Cheese & Egg Pie



  1. 2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  2. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  3. 1/4 cup butter, melted
  4. 3 eggs
  5. 1 can condensed milk
  6. 250 grams cheese cream (Philadelphia)
  7. 1 whipped cream


  1. Prepare the crust: Preheat oven to 180AsC (350AsF).
  2. Combine and mix crumbs, sugar and butter together in a bowl.
  3. Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate to fit pie plate snugly.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Let it cool.
  6. Make the filling: In a bowl of electric mixer, with mixer at medium speed, beat the cream for 5 minutes or until cream is fluffy and medium peaks form.
  7. Add the eggs, one by one, beating well until mixture becomes pale.
  8. Slowly pour in condensed milk, continue beating at medium speed until blended, about 2 minutes.
  9. Pour into baked crust.
  10. Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs, if desired.
  11. Bake at 175AsC for 35 minutes.
  12. Cool on wire rack for 20 minutes.
  13. Chill, about 2 to 3 hours.
  14. Serve, share and enjoy its deliciousness.
