5 minute Pizza base. No yeast!
- 500 grams Flour
- 500 grams Yogurt
- Comdine in bowl.
- Stir until mixed.
- Need for 3-5 minutes on a Floured surface.
- Leave to set.
- 10 minutes should be plenty.
- Shape into pizza shape (duh).
- Top with whatever you like.
- A complete winner with Olives.
- Bake about 25 minutes at 200F
