Apple Cinnamon Cranberry Sauce Recipe



  1. 1 c. Unsweetened apple juice
  2. 1/3 c. Liquid honey
  3. 2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
  4. 3 c. Cranberries, fresh or possibly frzn
  5. 1 x Golden brown delicious apple, peeled and minced
  6. 1 x Cinnamon stick


  1. In saucepan, bring apple juice, honey and sugar to boil.
  2. Add in cranberries, apple and cinnamon stick.
  3. Reduce heat to medium; cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 min or possibly till sauce is thick sufficient to mound on spoon.
  4. Let cold completely.
  5. Cover and chill for about 1 hour or possibly till chilled.
  6. Throw away cinnamon stick.
  7. (Make-ahead: Chill in airtight container for up to 5 days.)
  8. Makes about 2 c.
