Angel Cake A La Anna Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 1 box Angel Food Cake Mix
  2. 1 lrg Cold Whip
  3. 1 ct 8 ounce Creme Cheese
  4. 1/3 c. Fresh Lemon Juice
  5. 3 pt Fresh Strawberries
  6. 1 can Sweet Condensed Lowfat milk
  7. 1 x Make cake by box direction

Directions

  1. About 1 inch off top of (cooled) cake.

  3. Tunnel out center of cake , leaving "walls" about 3/4" thick.
  4. 4.
  5. Beat creme cheese and lemon till smooth, add in sweet condensed : lowfat milk , mix in sliced strawberries and broken pcs of cake : from "tunnel".

  7. Fill in tunnel with mix .
  8. 6.
  9. Put top of cake back on.
  10. Cover with Cold Whip.
  11. 7.
  12. Garnish with strawberries.
  13. You can also use blueberries....Alone, or possibly with combination of : strawberries.
