A Pickled Salad with Delicious Vegetables

Ingredients

  1. 250 grams Cabbage
  2. 60 grams Carrot
  3. 1 Cucumber
  4. 1 tsp Salt for the vegetables
  5. 2 tbsp Sugar
  6. 3 tbsp Vinegar
  7. 1 tsp Sesame oil

Directions

  1. Cut the cabbage into 2.5 cm squares.
  2. Julienne the carrot and cucumber.
  3. Put the vegetables in a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of salt and mix evenly.
  4. Put a weight on top of the vegetables.
  5. I use a table leg as a weight.
  6. You can use anything you have.
  7. Leave for 2 to 3 hours.
  8. (This brings out the moisture in the vegetables.)
  9. The key is to let the vegetables soften here.
  10. Mix the flavoring ingredients together.
  11. Add the tightly squeezed out vegetables to them.
  12. Done.
  13. You can eat a ton of vegetables, so it's very healthy.
