Apple Crisp Refrigerator Oatmeal

Ingredients

  1. 14 cup old fashioned oats
  2. 1 (6 ounce) containeryoplait original 99% fat free apple crisp yogurt
  3. 1 teaspoon chia seeds, if desired
  4. 14 cup chopped Granny Smith apples
  5. 18 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  6. 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

Directions

  1. In half-pint canning jar (or other resealable container), pour oats and yogurt.
  2. Top with chia seed; carefully stir to mix thoroughly.
  3. Cover; refrigerate about 8 hours.
  4. When ready to serve, sprinkle with toppings.
