Apricot Summer Sundae Recipe



  1. 2 1/2 c. Apricots, sliced, divided
  2. 2 tsp Dark brown sugar
  3. 1/4 tsp Orange peel, grated
  4. 2 c. Vanilla or possibly raspberry nonfat frzn yogurt Raspberries, optional Slivered orange peel, opt.


  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine 2 c. apricots, brown sugar and grated orange peel.
  2. Spoon proportionately into individual dessert dishes; top with frzn yogurt.
  3. Garnish with raspberries, remaining sliced apricots and slivered orange peel.
  4. Serve immediately.
