Acorn Squash Soup

Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 medium acorn squash, peeled and cubed
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon ground coriander
- 14 teaspoon ground cumin
- 12 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except milk, vinegar, salt and pepper in slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours.
- Process soup in food processor or blender until smooth, adding milk, salt and vinegar.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
