Arcade Espresso Milkshake
- 1 12 ounces espresso (one shot)
- 12 cup low-fat milk (the original recipe called for whole milk, but we must watch the waist, no?)
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream (heaping scoops)
- 1 tablespoon hot fudge
- 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Blend milk, espresso, and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
- (They kept this blend on-hand, already mixed).
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until "milkshake" consistency.
