108 Mile Spinach Bacon Salad

Ingredients

  1. 10 ounces fresh Baby Spinach, washed, stems removed, well drained
  2. 1 12 cups mushrooms, cleaned, sliced
  3. 1 lb bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  4. 5 hardboiled egg, sliced
  5. 12 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
  6. 12 cup plain yogurt
  7. 14 cup buttermilk
  8. 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  9. 34 teaspoon minced garlic
  10. 2 teaspoons sugar
  11. 18 teaspoon white pepper

Directions

  1. Toss all the salad ingredients.
  2. Place in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
  3. Whisk the dressing ingredients together.
  4. When you are ready to serve, pour the dressing over the salad and toss well so the dressing is throughout the whole salad.
  5. Serve at once on cold plates.
