Asian Grilling Sauce
- 3 tbsp vegetable or canola oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp minced or grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce or 3 tablespoons regular soy sauce and 1 tablespoon water
- Place all ingredients in a small bowl or plastic container and mix well.
