AMIEs Vanilla Jelly with Cherries

Ingredients

  1. 2 cup warm water
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  4. 200 grams condensed milk
  5. 1 bar white gulaman or gulaman jelly powder (25 gr)
  6. 1/2 cup sugar
  7. 1/4 cup warm water
  8. 1 ice cubes
  9. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Boil gulaman or jelly powder in water until dissolved.
  2. Add milk, sugar and vanilla extract.
  3. Strain into molds and allow to set.
  4. Combine ingredients for syrup.
  5. Chill.
  6. Cut molded jelly into squares or any shape you want.
  7. Transfer into serving bowl, add syrup.
  8. Mix gently, stirting well to combine.
  9. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
  10. Serve cold.
  11. Share and enjoy.
