Asparagus Piquant

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb asparagus, bias sliced into 1-inch pieces
  2. 1 onion, thinly sliced
  3. 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
  4. 1 teaspoon sugar
  5. 14 teaspoon mustard seeds

Directions

  1. Steam asparagus and onion for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  2. In small bowl combine vinegar, sugar, mustard seed.
  3. Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables; toss to coat.
  4. Serve immediately.
