- 14 cup teriyaki sauce
- 14 cup ponzu sauce
- 14 cup toasted sesame oil
- 14 cup mirin
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
- 2 garlic cloves, minced, pressed or grated
- Combine all ingredients with your chosen protein.
- Marinate in the refrigerator 2-72 hours.
- Remove protein from marinade and grill or broil until done.
- Discard marinade.
