Asian Marinade

Ingredients

  1. 14 cup teriyaki sauce
  2. 14 cup ponzu sauce
  3. 14 cup toasted sesame oil
  4. 14 cup mirin
  5. 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  6. 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  7. 2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
  8. 2 garlic cloves, minced, pressed or grated

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients with your chosen protein.
  2. Marinate in the refrigerator 2-72 hours.
  3. Remove protein from marinade and grill or broil until done.
  4. Discard marinade.
