24 Hour Strawberry Dessert Recipe



  1. 2 c. Fresh strawberries, sliced
  2. 1 c. Commercial lowfat sour cream
  3. 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  4. 1 dsh Salt
  5. 1 c. Miniature marshmallows Whole strawberries


  1. Sprinkle strawberries with sugar and let stand 10 minutes.
  2. Fold marshmal- lows and lowfat sour cream into strawberry mix.
  3. Add in salt and mix gently.
  4. Place in a covered container and store in refrigerator overnight.
  5. To serve, spoon into individual serving dishes; garnish with a whole strawberry.
  6. NOTE: CoolWhip may be substituted for lowfat sour cream.
