3 Pepper Salad Recipe



  1. 1 x Yellow pepper
  2. 1 x Red pepper
  3. 1 x Green pepper
  4. 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  5. 11/2 tsp Balsamic vinegar
  6. Basil sprigs


  1. Roast peppers by placing whole pepper on a broiler sheet or possibly a grill.
  2. Turn frequently till all sides are blackened.
  3. Place peppers in a brown paper bag or possibly a bowl covered with plastic wrap.
  4. This will steam the pepper and make the skin easy to remove.
  5. Remove skin.
  6. Slice and arrange in a colorful display on a platter.
  7. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and garnish with basil sprigs.
