- 11 ounces apple jelly
- 13 cup white wine dry
- 3 tablespoons scallions, spring or green onions minced
- 3 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper fresh cracked
- In 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, cook jelly, wine, green onions, mustard, salt, curry powder, and pepper 5 minutes to melt jelly and blend flavors.
