Almond Peach Jam Recipe
- 4 c. peach chunks - (abt 6 peaches)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. almond extract
- Put all ingredients into a heavy saucepan.
- Stir continuously while slowly bringing mix to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer till thick, about 10 min.
- Ladle into jars and seal.
- Keeps 3 months in the refrigerator.
- This recipe yields about 3 half-pints.
- Yield: 3 half-pints
