Adreana's Greek Pasta Salad Recipe



  1. 1 lb rotini
  2. 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  3. 3 stalk celery minced
  4. 1 x red bell pepper minced
  5. 21/4 ounce black olives sliced
  6. 4 ounce feta cheese liquid removed & crumbled
  7. 3 x green onions finely sliced
  8. 16 ounce fat-free Italian salad dressing


  1. Cook chicken in water to cover with 1 bay leaf.
  2. Bring to boil and cook for 30 minutes.
  3. or possibly till juices run clear.
  4. Cold and remove skins.
  5. Or possibly, you can cook chicken in frying pan till cooked through.
  6. Cut into bite size pcs.
  7. Cook noodles and drain.
  8. Add in all ingredients and mix well.
  9. I use only about half the bottle of dressing and then put the rest on the table if someone wants more.
  10. Serve hot or possibly cool.
  11. Serves 6
