Asian Beef and Noodles



  1. 1 lb ground beef
  2. 2 (3 ounce) packagesoriental flavor ramen noodles
  3. 1 (8 ounce) bag frozen asian-style vegetables
  4. 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  5. 14 teaspoon ground ginger


  1. In large skillet brown ground beef, drain.
  2. Season beef with one seasoning packet from noodles, set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, combine 2 cups water, noodles, vegetables, ginger, and remaining seasoning packet.
  4. Bring to boil, reduce heat.
  5. Cover, simmer 3 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
  6. Return beef to skillet, heat through.
  7. Stir in green onion before serving.
