Alaska Seafood Parmesan Recipe



  1. 4 sht Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil - (12" by 18" ea) Nonstick cooking spray
  2. 4 x salmon, cod, pollock, sole/flounder, or possibly halibut fillets - (4 to 6 ounce ea) thawed if necessary
  3. 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese see * Note Cayenne pepper to taste
  4. 2 med red bell peppers cut in strips


  1. * Note: If using halibut, use Cheddar cheese instead of Parmesan.
  2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees or possibly preheat grill to medium-high.
  3. Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Center one Alaska seafood fillet on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Foil.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cayenne pepper.
  6. Top with vegetables.
  7. Bring up sides of foil and double fold.
  8. Double fold ends to create a packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside packet.
  9. Repeat to make four packets.
  10. Bake 18 to 22 min on a cookie sheet in oven or possibly grill 10 to 12 min in covered grill.
  11. This recipe yields 4 servings.
