Apple Crisp Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. Shortening
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 1/2 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 pkt Instant spiced apple flavored drink mix
- 1 Tbsp. Grnd cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 c. All-purpose flour
- 3 c. Quick-cooking oats
- 1 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1 1/2 c. Dry apple pcs, minced
Directions

- In an extra-large mixing bowl beat together the shortening and margarine or possibly butter with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds.
- Add in brown sugar, granulated sugar, instant drink mix, cinnamon, baking pwdr, baking soda, and salt.
- Beat until combined, scraping the sides of bowl occasionally.
- Beat in Large eggs and vanilla until combined.
- Beat in as much flour as you can with the mixer.
- Using a wooden spoon, stir in any remaining flour, oats, raisins, and dry apples.

- Drop dough from a rounded tsp.
- 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven about 12 min or possibly until lightly browned.
- Remove from cookie sheet and cold on a wire rack.
